If you lose your confirmation letter for the Conference you can sign in, and then click on the email icon. You will be able to view the confirmation on the page as well as receive an email to the email address that you entered when registered.

Additional Room Occupants: A charge of $30.00 per person, per night will be added to the folio for each guest over double occupancy. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share the room with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room: 4. This extra charge will be collected directly by the hotel.
You can cancel your reservation through July 17 for a full refund. If you cancel July 18 or later, you will forfeit the entire conference fee. Additionally, if you register for the conference on or after July 18 and later cancel, you will forfeit your entire conference fee. If Microchip confirms your seat and you do not attend and did not cancel, you will still be responsible for the entire payment. You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing.

FedEx Office is on-site for your convenience. You may purchase printed copies of class slides for as many classes as you would like or purchase them all if desired. Prices will vary depending on number of pages printed and will be available during the conference for purchase. If you want the printed material available to bring to your classes we suggest you visit the FedEx Office Monday morning as early as possible.

You can change your class schedule prior to the Conference by logging back into the website you registered on and click on the following menu items: Conference / Build Your Schedule. You can make any class changes you would like. When you are finished, you can view, print or email your confirmation letter and it will contain the class changes.

To change your class schedule after you have arrive on the Conference, please locate a laptop/computer that Microchip has provided for attendees use and log into the website as you did when you registered. You can then click on the following menu items: Conference / Build Your Schedule. You can make any class changes you would like. When you are finished, you can view, print or email your confirmation letter and it will contain the class changes.

You will find a list of class selection categories under the following menu items: Conference / Class Listing. You can then use the dropdown selections to display the class categories that you are interested in, and you can also filter the classes by hands-on or lecture types.

You can download a PDF file that has the conference details and class listings by clicking on 'Conference Guide' from the menu.

While you are in the Class Listing page for MASTERs you can click on View/Download All Classes (on the right side of the screen) to see a complete list of all classes being offered.

If you wish to stay additional nights (not including nights of the conference) you may select the date you wish to arrive and depart under Travel Details when you are registering. The cost of an additional night is $199.00 plus tax for a total of $227.00 and should be paid directly to Microchip along with your registration fee. This is the Microchip discounted rate and is only offered between August 9 – 17 based upon availability at the hotel.

The cost for additional nights between August 9 – 17 is US $199 per night, plus tax for a total of $227.00. This does not include meals.

Parking is not included in the cost of the conference.

The current charge for overnight valet parking is $38.00 per day, overnight self-parking is $25.00 per day, daytime valet parking is $12.00 per day, and daytime self-parking is $10.00 per day up to 10 hrs. These rates are subject to change without notice. These charges will be collected directly by the hotel.

You can purchase Development Tools at discounted prices as well as Microchip logo merchandise. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or US currency.

Laptops will be provided for use in the rooms for hands-on classes.

Proper attire for all classes and events is business casual. As the temperature outside will be quite warm, short sleeve polo-type shirts and shorts or cotton slacks are suggested for comfort.

As you may have heard, Phoenix offers a desert climate. During the summer months, you can expect hot, dry weather. Typical high temperatures during the Conference will range between 105°F (41°C) and 115°F (46°C) and typical evening temperatures will range between 80°F (27°C) and 90°F (32°C).

Microchip reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to anyone for any reason.

Microchip may elect to take photographs/videos of people and events during the MASTERs Conference. By attending this MASTERs Conference, you agree to permit Microchip to use your likeness in these photos/videos in furtherance of its business. This Release indicates that you agree that Microchip shall be the copyright owner of the photographs/videos and may use and publish these photographs/videos. Microchip is released from any and all claims and causes of action that you may have now or in the future based upon or in connection with the photographs/videos and Microchip's use of the photographs/videos in any manner. All rights granted to Microchip by you in this Release are irrevocable and perpetual. You waive all rights to any equitable relief in connection with this Release and the subject matter of this Release.

No, access to the meal rooms is limited to registered conference attendees. If someone is accompanying you to the conference we suggest they use one of the resort restaurants.
