What do I do if I lose my confirmation letter?

If you lose your confirmation letter for the Conference you can sign in, and then click on the email icon. You will be able to view the confirmation on the page as well as receive an email to the email address that you entered when registered.

Where are the lunches being held for MASTERs Conference?

Lunches will be provided in the HTW Cafeteria.

Can I pay by Purchase Order?

Yes, and a copy of the PO must be emailed to Susann Klinger at Susann.Klinger@microchip.com, or must be mailed to:

When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card will be billed immediately after you register.

When will I receive a receipt for my credit card payment?

You will receive a receipt for your credit card payment approximately 2 to 3 days after you register.

What is the cost of the Conference?

What is included in the Conference price?

What is the policy for Cancellation, Refunds and Transfers?

You can cancel your reservation up until 31 August for a full refund. If you cancel 1 September or later, you will forfeit the entire conference fee. Additionally, if you register for the conference on or after 1 September and later cancel, you will forfeit your entire conference fee. If Microchip confirms your seat and you do not attend and did not cancel, you will still be responsible for the entire payment. You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing.

How do I change my class schedule before I arrive at the Conference?

You can change your class schedule prior to the Conference by logging back into the website you registered on and click on the following menu items: Conference / Build Your Schedule. You can make any class changes you would like. When you are finished, you can view, print or email your confirmation letter and it will contain the class changes.

How do I change my class schedule after I arrive at the Conference?

To change your class schedule after you have arrive on the Conference please use your mobile device and log into the website as you did when you registered. You can then click on the following menu items: Conference / Build Your Schedule. You can make any class changes you would like. When you are finished, you can view, print or email your confirmation letter and it will contain the class changes. You can also visit us in the Microchip Office and we will help you.

Where do I go to find the category of classes I'm looking for?

You will find a list of class selection categories under the following menu items: Conference / Class Listing. You can then use the dropdown selections to display the class categories that you are interested in, and you can also filter the classes by hands-on or lecture types.

How do I print out Conference details and class listings?

You can download a PDF file that has the conference details and class listings by clicking on 'Conference Guide' from the menu.

How do I print out only class listings?

The Class Listing page has an Excel button you can click on for exporting.

Where do we pick up our certificates?

Certificates will be available on Thursday, 18 September in the Microchip Office.

Where can I get a listing of the evening events?

You can see the events listed here

When will I receive a registration confirmation email?

You will receive an email confirmation the same day of Microchip receiving your registration information. If you do not receive this confirmation, please send an email as soon as possible to eumasters@microchip.com

Are their development tools available for Purchase?

Discounted development tools can be ordered at the conference.

What is the Dress Code (Attire Recommendations)?

Proper attire for all classes and events is business casual. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening boat trips.

What is the climate in Berlin during the conference?

The temperature for Berlin in September averages 14°C (58°F), but be prepared for warmer or cooler weather.

Microchip reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to anyone for any reason.

Will I be in pictures/videos?

Microchip may elect to take photographs/videos of people and events during the MASTERs Conference. By attending this MASTERs Conference, you agree to permit Microchip to use your likeness in these photos/videos in furtherance of its business. This Release indicates that you agree that Microchip shall be the copyright owner of the photographs/videos and may use and publish these photographs/videos. Microchip is released from any and all claims and causes of action that you may have now or in the future based upon or in connection with the photographs/videos and Microchip's use of the photographs/videos in any manner. All rights granted to Microchip by you in this Release are irrevocable and perpetual. You waive all rights to any equitable relief in connection with this Release and the subject matter of this Release.
